I am a fashion designer with more than 10 years of experience in the fashion industry. I have a master’s in digital marketing & e-commerce and a postgraduate in fashion photography. 

 

Since I was little, I had a strong interest for arts, design and handcrafts that helped me develop a fine taste for aesthetics, which later has been the foundation of my career. Sports and nature have always been my power charger, being so lucky to enjoy my surroundings that allowed me to practice different sports and enjoy beautiful landscapes. 

 

The teamwork and the human team value is one of most important things for me. Every member brings an important piece to the puzzle that makes it work and feeds the unit itself.

When I am leading a team, my goal is to make everyone shine with their best skills, so we can achieve the dream team all together.

 

In all my career I had to do cross-functional work with customers (designers and buyers), sampling room, production teams, sales teams and managers, always in an agile and demanding environment.

 

Customers are who buy the product/service to cover a need and we must be who helps them solve their problem. Having a customer-mindset centric is the only way we will be able to achieve our goals and figures.
